These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Fingershoppy mobile application and services, available in selected areas of Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Fingershoppy app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to use this app. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Fingershoppy is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Service Availability

Our services are available only in specific regions of Tamil Nadu. Orders placed outside serviceable areas may be automatically cancelled.

5. Product Information

• All products are displayed with maximum accuracy regarding images, pricing, and descriptions.
• We reserve the right to modify product availability, pricing, or content at any time without notice.

6. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via supported payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or bulk orders.
• Invoices are available in the app upon order completion.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are displayed during checkout and may vary based on location.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, local holidays) are not under our control.
• Delivery attempts will be made multiple times before an order is marked as failed.

8. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via the app or email.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse offers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Fingershoppy, including logos, images, text, and app UI, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app without notice if you breach these terms or engage in any misuse of the platform.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Fingershoppy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
